Overview

As part of the new Contacts feature release, organizations can now be listed as recipients of ROIs for contacts. As of October 2023, organizational ROIs will not show up in the permitted contacts list like individuals. Until those ROI records are added to that list, organizational ROIs (built using the the ROI section in form builder) can be confirmed either by browsing the encounter feed, or using the steps outlined below. 1. Log into your Ritten instance.

2. Click on Contacts.

Click on Contacts.

3. Click on Organizations.

Click on Organizations.

4. Select the desired organization.

5. Look for the highlightable paper icon for a client.
