You can now connect your Zoom account in Ritten to host telehealth appointments.
Email [email protected] to have zoom enabled for your clinic. Then have users sign into their zoom account.
Clients will receive zoom links in text and email alerts for the event.
Note: Once a zoom account is connected by any user - all calendar users can assign this account as a host for telehealth events. Any calendar user can also set alternative hosts.
The host is required and if the host is updated, the zoom link will update.
All Zoom meetings will include a waiting room managed by the host of co-hosts. The default is to have every event have a unique zoom link (one link for recurring events). There are Zoom account settings that can override these defaults -reach out if anything seems to be operating unexpectably.
