Ritten User Management is an essential part of managing the EMR. When new employees join or old employees leave, managing their access is an essential skill for a facility admin.
The Users page allows for setting personal info, notification preferences, system access, role-based credentials and signature rights, along with other important information like their e-Prescribing ID.

1. Navigate to User Management

Go to the Configurations module, then select User Management > Users
Search or browser for user(s)

Add or remove a user from Role(s) granting access to tailored views and signature rights on forms

Manage User(s) Permission Groups, granting access to pages and create/edit/delete permissions
15. Assign Clinic Teams (optional)
Manage Clinic Teams; Clinic Teams may be used to associate Users with groups of clients
16. Set Default Rendering Provider
Set default rendering provider for user on claims, can be overridden by specific billing forms
17. Set Working Hours
Set working hours for this User for Calendar scheduling
