Summary
For forms that need to be completed on a consistent basis, you can add that cadence when building the form. This due date feature creates a due form reminder for a client as soon as the first version of the form is added to their chart. Ex. Client A is in program B - they need a PHQ-9 within 10 days of admission. As soon as the first PHQ-9 is added to their chart a reminder is set to complete another PHQ-9 for this client in 30 days. You can also configure the due form reminders to end upon discharge but you can also keep them in case you need to follow up post discharge.
