    • Organizations can now have customized Tags to help you manage them!

    • The list of ERAs is now sortable by ERA number.

    • In Ritten RCM, there are new dropdowns to enable claim information to be changed quickly. For example, selecting a different Facility on the CMS-1500 will quickly change all of the fields in Box 32 at once.

    • In Ritten RCM, the encounter Creator has been added to the claim balances report. This is especially helpful for payroll or tracking reimbursements per therapist.

    • The layout of the Client funding information has been updated. In addition to the new styling, use the drag and drop feature to quickly reorder the funding in the client's chart.

    • Significant backend updates made to increase page load times across the app.

    • Ability to bulk-charge copays and a new view of all encounters. In the Billing tab, you can now see every encounter that has been created. There is information about the client, the encounter status, the CPT code, authorization, bundling, and claim status. In his tab, if you are using Ritten RCM, you can charge multiple copays at once, making it easy to collect client payments across a day or week of service. Create claims from this screen, and easily track the status of all encounters across all of your clinicians.

    • Update group encounter logic - when a group encounter is started from the calendar, the list of attendees will now pull from the list of people in the program at the time of the encounter rather than the time the encounter was started.
