Have a client sign a form in person
1. Go to an Encounter that includes forms
2. Click on a form that requires a client signature
3. Click on Apply Signature
4. Click on Client Signature
5. Have the client sign the form with your mouse pa
6. Click on Sign
7. Your form should now be complete for forms that require client sigantures
