This article includes a series of videos that allow you to click through some workflows to remind yourself on how to navigate the system. We are always updating this page, so if you see any that might be outdated we likely will be updating it soon as new features release. Getting Started in Ritten as a User

Below are some key workflows that will help you and other users get set up with core Ritten settings needed for them to complete their workflows. Based on your facility structure you might have limited permissions for certain workflows. These overviews provide guidance on what is available, but your facility admin team will control access to charts and data depending on roles.

Set Up Your Ritten User Record - Content: Setting up signature, schedule, email notification, to-do list

To-Do List Setting; Deeper Dive - Content: Understand how to set to-do list based on workflow needs

Records Tab Overview - Content: Understand what's available when you select the Records tab on the left of your screen (looks like 3 people in a group) and how to navigate the charts

Chart Overview - Content: Dive into a Ritten client chart to understand what information is included and what you can interact with

Editing Client/Patient Information - Content: Edit information on the chart like demographics, insurance and funding, authorizations, referral sources, contacts (ie. family, guardians, social workers)

Admin Essentials and Configuration

Tailored to Admin users at a facility who want a refresher on how to update certain configuration.

Add New Users - Content: Add users, set roles, set permissions

Forms > Encounter Overview - Content: Understand how forms and encounters interact

Bulk Form Export - Content: Export a type of form from multiple patient charts

Chart Audit and Patient-Specific Exports - Content: Tips on how to export a specific form from a patient chart or multiple other details from the patient chart including forms, orders, clinical information

Round Configuration - Content: Creating rounds, updating round features

Medication Templates and Order Sets - Content: Creating medication order sets, adjusting medication details

CRM Workflows

Focus on workflows conducted within our CRM (Client Relationship Management) features. These are usually managed by admissions, front desk, or admin users. This includes workflows like creating a prospective patient case, updating notes on prospective patients ahead of them getting a full chart record, and updating patient information to verify eligibility for your facility's services.

EMR - Core Charting Workflows

Focus on workflows conducted within our EMR related to scheduling, encounter creation, forms, tasks and other details.

Charting to Billing Overview - Content: Create encounter, complete forms, set duration, see how this impacts billing

Creating Quick Filters - Content: Users can create filters to use within a patient's chart to quickly sort through encounters and forms

Add Client to Round and Complete Rounds - Content: Start round, add clients/patients to round, add note

EMR - Medical Charting Workflows

Focus on workflows conducted by nursing and medical end users related to the MAR and prescribing medications. These users should also reference videos from the Core Charting Workflows section above.

Creating Medication Orders and Schedules - Content: Adding medication orders, updating orders, updating schedules. See "Medication Templates and Order Sets" in the Admin section above if you wish to know the admin side of this setup.
