NEW: Quick Filters

Check out our new quick filter sets - make it easier to only see documentation relevant to you in the chart! Instead of adding filters every time, just use quick filters!

Save as many quick filters as you would like for encounters, forms, and orders.

Note: The filter sets are saved but you have to select them each time to open a new chart to ensure you don't lose context for the full chart

Background:

The client chart encounter workflow is essential for all Ritten users. We have released enhancements to this core set of workflows.

Improvements:

  • New Filters for encounter feed!
  • Quickly search by encounter name or form name within an encounter
  • Additional information in encounter feed
  • Simpler navigation through forms within an encounter
  • Collapsing right-side feed for a focused view of an encounter
  • More focused form view that maximizes space - removing unnecessary top-line navigation

New Workflows!

  • Instead of clicking in and out of multiple encounters to read through a specific type of form, use the Form View to audit all Therapy Notes for example.
  • Find specific forms more easily - search or filter for a specific form without remembering which encounter it lives in
  • Review all orders in one place without going through certain encounter types and scrolling to the orders section

Coming Soon - Saved Quick Filters and improved "Back to Top" on forms
