General Announcement
Ritten released a new module in the navigation menu called “Contacts.” It can be found in the left side vertical menu.
Initially, this page offers a new global view and management console for clinic contacts. This global view allows for clinic-wide contacts (and ROI’s) for contacts like referral partners, labs, and outside providers. It also enables shared contacts across clients, and de-duplication of emergency contacts shared across multiple clients. This gives you more powerful views and better insight into who you communicate with, and why.
This contact management feature also lays the groundwork for Ritten’s new CRM product, which will be available in the coming months. The comprehensive CRM will take this feature even further for an entire system of record focused on managing referrals, referral partners, and other elements of the admissions process.
In the immediate term, you can expect to see the following updates to your Ritten instance:
A new left hand menu item called “Contacts” for managing all clinic contacts
Existing client contact management features will connect with “Contacts” tab
The “Clients” tab is now referred to as “Records” - this will still be the homepage when you login, and it remains the home of all clinical note-taking and record-keeping
Clinic-wide ROI contacts (see image below)
To learn how the Release of Information (ROI) can now be applied to whole Organizations or contacts within organizations; reach out to Matt via [email protected].
Key Features of the Contacts Module:
Clinic-wide contacts are all in one place; this includes clients, client contacts, and referents/organization members
Through the new Contacts page, there is visibility into all clients referred by the same referral source:
To see referred clients, click on a organization and view its clients
To see referral relationships among individual contacts, view that contact
All of a client’s contacts are also seen from the client's record in the Contacts section (same as before this release)
Members of organization can now be created and managed in the Organizations tab of the Contacts page
The images below show a brief summary of the various pages in the Contacts tab
The people tab shows all people that are contacts of a clinic (image below).
The organizations tab shows all organizations that are associated with the clinic (image below).
The organization view will show all member contacts, and clients associated with that organization (image below).
