New Feature for Staff Users - Specify Working Hours 

Click off days of the week and update your working hours - default to available for scheduling all the time. Change start and end hours and see them blocked off in the scheduler view and included in participant conflicts.

Update your own working hours or administrators can modify working hours for other users through User Management configurations.
