Navigating the Calendar
1. Click on Calendar
There are three different views - Day, Week, Month
2. Click on Day
3. Click on Week
4. Click on Month
5. Click on Week
6. Type in your name or any calendar you are interested in viewing
Your name should be the default filter
7. Click on Filter by Clients
8. Select clients
9. Click on Scheduler
This is another view that allows you to view multiple calendars at the same time to find a mutually available time slot
10. Click on the time for a new calendar event
11. Select Encounter Type
12. Click on Add all filtered staff and clients if you would like to add all calendars you were just looking at
13. Click on Create
14. Click on Back to Calendar
15. To add events on the calendar click on Add Event
16. Click on Encounter Type
17. Click on Individual…
18. Click on Client…
19. Click on Recurring Event
20. Click on Create
21. Click on Send Update
22. Click on an event and on pencil to edit an event
