This video walks through using the form builder and the encounter builder in Ritten for managing/setting up group encounters. NOTE: Each group encounter type only takes one group and one individual note format, so for groups with varying note requirements, you'll either need flexible note formats, or multiple group encounter types.
After creating a new group encounter type, you may want to edit an existing recurring event to update its group encounter type, perhaps in order to update the note format for a previously existing event recurrence. This video walks through how to switch a group encounter type on an existing calendar event to a new one.
