Summary
Admin users can how sequester charts from internal users. This can be useful if a former internal user is coming into treatment and you would like to limit access to their chart or if a family member of an internal user is in treatment and the chart should be hidden to the family member.
NOTE: if a user cannot see a member of a program or group, they cannot run a group that includes the sequestered client.
To sequester records users must have "permissions admin" permissions.
