1. Go to Ritten

2. Click on Client

3. Click on New Encounter

Click on New Encounter

4. Click on Treatment Planning

NOTE: Your treatment plan could have a slightly different name

5. Click on New Form

6. If not suggested forms show up, start typing in the word you are looking for

7. Click on Comprehensive Treatment Plan

8. Click on Add a Problem

9. Select a diagnoses to use as the problem

10. Type in Evidence Points

11. Click on Add Goal

13. Click on Add Objective for the Goal

14. Type in description and select target date with the calendar

15. Select a Status

17. Fill out Intervention. Add Responsible Staff Member(s) if applicable.

18. Click on Add Problem if the Treatment Plan needs to address multiple problems.

19. Repeat the steps above with the additional problem
