1. Click on Configurations Module

2. Click on Orders

3. Click on Templates

4. Click on New Template

5. Click on Medication Order (Non-eRx) or Action Order

6. Create the desired PRN or Scheduled Template and click save

7. This will now show in your templates, and be available to select when you create a new order
