Connect with your Ritten Customer Sucess representative if you would like to place lab orders in Ritten and receive results.
Ritten works with an integration, Health Gorilla. This means that our lab orders happen in a modal similar to Pharmacy orders.
NEW: Results only integration, Ritten will integrate directly to your lab. You will still place lab orders through your lab portal but results will flow into the Chart.
Initial testing
- Send a typical lab order through on a test client and confirm with the lab that they received everything they need
- Manually add diagnosis (this will save once it's added once)
- Manually add medications if necessary and place in Order Notes after selecting all tests
- Confirm all usual tests are there
- Test printing label on Dymo printer if relevant

Results will appear in the order and you will be prompted from the homepage as well as in the list of Lab Results within records.
