How Usernames Work in Ritten
Users are designated by email, and unique to email. An email is allowed once per Ritten tenant as a user. Once that email is added, it is associated with whatever name it was added with, until that the user with that email logs in to update the user name information. The video below shows how to update user name.
For users with access to multiple Ritten tenants: If you are have an email in multiple Ritten tenants, the same password will apply across both tenants. The name however, may differ. You can synchronize them by following the video below to update user name.
