Clinical rounds are a key aspect of patient care, ensuring monitoring at timely intervals. This tool empowers healthcare professionals to efficiently manage and monitor client progress while ensuring optimal safety and support throughout their inpatient treatment.
Our Rounds feature allows you to configure the time frames and time intervals of your rounds. You can split them up by building or program if you have multiple people logging rounds at the same time.
Upon admission, place a client into 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 hour round groups. Every time you start a new round, clients are pulled into that round base on their current round group. Clients can be moved between round groups as needed.
The default Rounds configuration is 15 minute, 30 minute and 1 hour for the full 24 hours. If this does not reflect your rounds, disable intervals and adjust the time frames, you may have multiple for each interval as long as they don't overlap.

Configure Rounds
Requirements:
- Request Feature Turned on
- Set up the time frames you do Rounds in Configurations - do you have simultaneous rounds occurring? Rounds at different times depending on the building or program?
- Configure Location and Activity Options in Configurations
- ADD CLIENTS TO ROUND GROUPS - this is key or you have to manually add clients every round
- You are ready to start rounds!
