Find What you Need: Admissions

A starting point for navigating Admissions documentation, pointing you to the right articles for CRM and lead management, self scheduling, and contacts and organizations.

Article Overview

This documentation collection covers everything from the moment someone first shows interest in your program to the day they're admitted into care. Depending on what you're working on, that could mean setting up your CRM, building out a lead application, tracking the evolution of a case, or converting a case into a client's chart.

This article is meant to help you find the right guide quickly, without digging through the whole Admissions collection. Below, you'll find each part of the admissions workflow broken out, along with the specific articles that cover it.

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm not sure which section applies to me. Where should I start?

If you're trying to bring a new client in the door, start with From Lead to Admission. If you're setting up how clients book time with you, go to Self Scheduling. If you're managing people or organizations tied to your clients (not a specific client's care), go to Contacts & Organizations.

Do I need the CRM to use any of these features?

Some of these features, including cases, case tags, the lead application, and CTM integration, require the CRM add-on to be part of your Ritten contract. If you're not sure whether your organization has this, reach out to your Account Manager.
