For All Users: Getting Oriented
Work through these in order when you first log in.
The Homepage Start here. Learn the three sections of your homepage: your daily calendar, your client list, and your to-do list.
Homepage To Do List: Overview and Customization Options A closer look at everything that can show up on your to-do list, and how to hide what doesn't apply to you.
Personal User Setup Set up your name, signature, working hours, calendar and telehealth connections, and notification preferences.
Single Sign On (SSO) Optional. Connect Google, Microsoft, or Yahoo so you can skip typing your password each time.
Working Hours Set your availability so other staff, and clients if your org uses self-scheduling, can book time with you correctly.
Telehealth Session Setup If you run telehealth sessions, add your meeting link so it's included in client reminders and the portal automatically.
Updating Your Email Address in Ritten Reference this anytime your email on file needs to change.
Tasks Create, assign, and track follow-up reminders tied to a form or any page in Ritten.
How to Reset Your Password Reference this anytime you need to reset your login credentials.
Getting Help from Ritten Support The three ways to reach support: in-app chat, email, or (during onboarding) through your Implementation Manager.
For Admins: Setting Up Your Organization
Once your own account is set up, these are the steps to get your organization ready. We recommend following this order, since later steps depend on the ones before them.
Permissions Start here. Decide what different groups of users should be able to see and do before you start creating staff accounts.
Permissions and Policies Directory in Ritten A full reference list of every individual Policy available to add to a Permission Group.
User Roles Set up roles to control who needs to sign which forms, and how supervisors see their team's work.
Adding and Managing Users Now that permissions and roles exist, add your staff and assign each person accordingly.
Creating a New Clinical or Non-Clinical Program Build out the programs your organization runs, so you're ready to admit clients.
Setting up Facilities for Scheduling and Billing Configure your physical locations so they show up correctly for scheduling, billing, or both.
Geolocation Support - Store Location on Signature Optional, advanced setup. Turn this on if your organization wants to record staff location at the time of signing.
